About Us

Meet Blane and his wife, the dynamic duo behind our delicious hot sauces. Blane, a seasoned chef with two decades of culinary experience, has managed steakhouse kitchens in DFW, owned a food trailer in San Marcos, and co-founded the first BBQ restaurant in Santiago, Chile. Although he has since transitioned to a more traditional 9-5 job, his passion for cooking remains unwavering.

Blane may be the face of our company, but the heart of our flavors lies in the partnership with his wife. Together, they’ve harnessed their combined 30 years of restaurant expertise to craft unique and balanced hot sauces. Their journey began with a few homemade creations inspired by the piquin bushes in their garden, leading to the original sauce that sparked their venture.

Today, they offer nine distinct sauces designed to enhance a variety of palates, foods, and cooking styles. From three types of habanero sauce to smoky morita, tangy mustard-based sauce, and a versatile Louisiana-style sauce made from fermented piquin peppers, there's something for everyone.

In addition to our hot sauces, we also offer crispy jalapeños in a sweet onion-infused oil, perfect for adding a crunchy, flavorful kick to any dish. Our seasoning made of dehydrated piquin mash, lime, and salt brings a zesty, tangy twist to your culinary creations.
