I’ve tried most of the flavors and this one I can’t put down. Great on beef, chicken or pork.
As soon as I received Saint Blanes Morita and Garlic in the mail, I went to my favorite taco truck to use as the hot sauce vessel. My favorite taco just got an upgrade! Literally the perfect combo: morita, garlic and shallots. Each bite has so much depth, while somehow tasting so simple. Magic! I will be ordering many of these in the future. Grab a bottle and thank me later ;)
This one has so much depth of flavor! It’s more complex than the average hot sauces you’ve known and loved. I put it on my breakfast tacos this morning and wow. Just wow.
The smokiness is perfect in this sauce. I use it on any protein to help it taste like I cooked it low and slow, even though it was probably air fried or gas grilled. Also a couple a dashes in my ramen noodles at lunch makes it so much better.
